Hi customers of kpopmerchandiser, here are some faqs on your orders!

When does the preorder end?

Please take note that each preorder will last about 1-2 weeks depending. A new preorder batch will start after one ends (eg. Batch #06 ends on 22 July, Batch #07 will start on 23 July till end of one or two weeks!)

If the preorder has ended, i can't purchase the item i want anymore?

No! You can still order your item, we have no deadlines for ordering for our items. 

How to know which batch is my orders in?

Please check the date that you've made payment for your order! :) If you make payment for what you ordered on 17 July, it means you will be in batch #06. Like wise if you ordered on 21 July, but make payment on 23 July, you will be pushed to batch #07 as batch #06 closes ends on 22 July. If in doubt, you can always ask us which batch is your orders in.

Hi, i have ordered xxxx items on xxxx day, you guys stated 2-3 weeks, why hasn't my items arrive?

Please note that we will only send in orders when a preorder end which means every 1 or 2 weeks. For example you ordered on 17 July, but the preorder closes on 22 July, that means your items will only arrive 2-3 weeks after 22 July no matter when you send your order in.
